Who is responsible

Hosting

This website is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested file and your browser's user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is running the site securely and reliably. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA rely on Art. 45 GDPR.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts, videos or scripts from other servers. The trailer is served from this domain.

Contacting us by email

If you write to hello@scrapjump.io, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that. Incoming email passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and is forwarded to the operator's private mailbox, where the email provider stores it.

Links to Steam

Links to the game's Steam page are plain links. Only after you click one does Valve Corporation process data, under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal email to hello@scrapjump.io is enough. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
